3. All data you upload here will be "under new management" (you forfeit control over it, if you care about it you should upload a copy elsewhere for safekeeping!).
4. Moderators can delete all data you upload here at any moments notice without explicit reason!
5. image quality is not guaranteed to be preserved! (We might resize / re-compress images to save space anytime)]
6. Make sure that no data on the site is Personally Identifiable! We don't want to touch that shit! (GDPR) Not only does this site get plausible deniability in case you do put illegal shit here (We don't know you, hence won't have any relation to the stuff you upload), but you are also less likely to get in trouble! (for obvious reasons) EVERYBODY LIKES THIS! Use an email you don't use elsewhere, Don't put your name in the email, don't draw your name in a picture etc etc... this goes for other people too! no doxxing!

data we see:
- all data and metadata you generate through usage gets stored in a database without expiry. With the exception of images, they get stored as images! wow!
- comments are logged with their IP (use a VPN if you want to comment anonymously)... in fact, it's recommended to just always use a VPN
- images are logged with their IP on upload.
- access logs (requests) are on 14 days rotation... so HTTP requests (url, user-agent, IP...)

Data deletion
- contact a moderator to delete user data. There is currently no automated process for this (not implemented in shimmie yet).
